Orientation, strategy, team-building
A key part of our onboarding program is our orientation training for our new employees. The goal of the two-day program is to learn about the operation of our organization, the strategic objectives, our organizational units, our products our services, and the values represented by Clarity. This time we organized our event in the Málnáskert Vendégház in Börzsöny.
On the first day, in addition to team-building, playful training assignments, our leaders gave a presentation on Clarity's 21-year history, strategic goals, individual business units, service areas, products, and values represented. We closed the substantive, interactive program with a good dinner and a party.
The second day of the training focused on HR strategy, HR actions and team building. The management and the Clarity HR team, both at strategic level and in daily operation, focus on employee well-being, ensuring transparency, freedom of expression, continuous professional development and internal career paths. Furthermore, we have the notion of a supportive, cohesive and high performing team as a fundamental value in our everyday life.
After the second day’s program, we evaluated the training. According to the participating colleagues, the knowledge provided during the training was relevant, and of the right depth, helps to orientate in Clarity, and can be used in everyday work. It was a success that our two-day program also provided space for networking and integration into the team.
