The term workshop is now used all over the world, and for good reason. Because of their interactive nature, these workshops are a much more effective teaching method than ordinary classroom lessons or dry training.

This year, we held our 3-day workshop training from 11-13 August, where participating colleagues were able to learn about workshop concepts, methods, tools and best practices, and to try their hand at a number of workshop design and implementation exercises.

An important part of the training was also the learning and application of group feedback, whereby after each workshop situational task, both the participants and the trainers (Noémi Tihanyi and Attila Bolvári) shared their feedback with the team implementing the task, who also evaluated themselves.

Although this training also required a lot of attention and perseverance from the participants, it was held in a very good atmosphere and the participants learned many new methodologies and tools during the theoretical presentations and practical exercises.
