We had a joint, out-of-office program again! On July 14-15, we held our orientation training for our new colleagues. True to our custom, we chose the well-proven Málnáskert guest house in Kóspallag as location, where we had a really great time this year as well.

Among the programs, the presentations of our senior colleagues were given a prominent role, as our primary goal was still to inform and help the new employees. Our participants listened to presentations on the company’s history, they learned about the structure of the organization and the strategy of the company. They heared about internal policies, ratings and our evaluation programme, and asked questions about these issues. 

In addition to the presentations, we also prepared creative assignments to build a stronger team spirit. We ended the training with a nice dinner, a bath and - like at our team builder - a small party.
