In recent years experts all around the world have been endorsed to deepen their knowledge of DAX and transfer it to thousands of students through courses and video trainings. DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) is the core native formula and query language of Power BI, Power Pivot and Analysis Services Tabular. It is essentially a collection of functions, operators, and constants that can be used in a formula, or expression, to calculate and return one or more values. Stated more simply, DAX helps you create new information from data already in a model.

Our colleague, Benjámin Kormos recently attended a 3-day training in Copenhagen, organized by SQLBI Business Intelligence consulting firm. He has developed skills needed to gather and transform data, build date models and write formulas. He returned with a certificate of the Mastering DAX Workshop.
