LABrusz – the leaflet of our innovation department
One of our first projects for LAB (Clarity's innovation department), the development of parking opportunities for our colleagues has already been announced on our website. In the past couple of days we were preparing for this year's HVG Job Fair, where we wanted to present our company to our future colleagues and try to make working at Clarity Consulting as tempting as possible to them. But how could we introduce our innovation department in the simplest, yet more intuitive way? We decided to create a flyer for LAB.
Because we believe that an innovative approach, openness to the novelties, and the possibilty of virtualized teams can be attractive to our potential employees, we wanted to implement the LAB briefing material specifically solely with the help of our internal resources.
After the event was announced, many of our colleagues joined the project. We laughed a lot when the first ideas came out. The form of the flyer was born quickly, and we named it LABrusz. But how do we make the content of it more meaningful? We've cut a few copies, then left a few pieces of it in our office and at the companies where several of our colleagues are working. The teams wrote their ideas on this paper, then after a couple of days we eventually collected them to filter out the best ideas. This was followed by creating the design that will put the emphasis on modularity and intelligibility.
Unwrapping the flyer in the right order, it shows information about what LAB is, what methods, tools, technologies are used for the work and what kind of products we have created. We think the result speaks for itself.
We would also like to thank everyone who has contributed to the idea, design, implementation, reproduction and commentary of the LAB flyer or in any other way contributed to its creation.
