We at Clarity consider the continuous training of our colleagues extremely important, so we regularly conduct various professional trainings, and orientation training for newcomers. Our last event was held in October.

We believe that for fast and seamless integration one should get the most important informations from the start for being able to learn how to easily pick up the yarn.

We tried to break the unanimity of theoretical knowledge presenting lectures with a few practical exercises and with some games, trying to make it also a bit fun for our new colleagues to participate in our orientation training.

At the end of the two-day program series, we held a friendly conversation with pleasant music coverage at the evening.

We are now looking forward to the next opportunity, and we hope that with our future team members we can repeat our well-established orientation training.
