More recently, it's become part of our daily lives in the form of voice-powered digital assistants, recommendation engines, image-tagging services, etc. We've also seen a crescendo of vendor marketing around "intelligent systems" and how you'll be left behind if you don't buy now.

The Forrester’s senior analyst, Martha Bennett (who we recently met in Budapest) tells us what steps CIOs and tech leadership should be taking to ensure that their organization uses AI to best effect while minimizing the downsides.
