Back in 2015 Erste Bank Hungary and Citibank has come to an agreement about the latter’s retail and credit card business units to merge with Erste’s portfolio. This complex transaction required lots of preparation and constant supervision, in which we proudly took our part with professional work.

Facilitating the steps of the process, we created the acquisition controller application, as well as taking part in testing and validating the results.
