On March 18, we attended the Portfolio AI in Business 2026 conference, which focused on the key business, technological, and security issues of corporate artificial intelligence.
We were delighted that our colleague, Benjámin Kormos, Head of BI & Data Solutions at Clarity Consulting, participated in the event as a co-speaker. His joint presentation with Balázs Fodor, an expert from One Solutions, drew attention to a current corporate dilemma with its very title:
"Private AI, peaceful sleep: when the agent knows what cannot leave the organization"
Where are the boundaries of corporate AI?
With the rapid spread of AI-based solutions, the question is no longer just about what tasks a system can perform. It is at least as important to determine what data it can access, how it can use it, and what information must not leave the secure environment of the organization.
The presentation demonstrated how AI solutions can be applied in a corporate environment in a way that ensures both business efficiency and data security. One possible path is the conscious, regulated joint use of public and private AI solutions.
Secure AI implementation is also a business matter
The interest shown at the conference clearly indicated that the mixed application of public and private AI tools is on the minds of more and more organizations. In addition to establishing the appropriate technological environment, this requires clear operational frameworks, well-thought-out authorization management, and a responsible organizational mindset.
The goal is not to restrict the use of AI, but to create a secure environment in which the technology can generate real business value – without compromising sensitive corporate information in the process.
Thank you to everyone who attended the presentation, asked questions, or shared their experiences with us in person!
If you missed the event but are interested in how AI solutions can be introduced securely and effectively in your organization, feel free to contact us – we would be happy to continue the conversation.
