The question is not whether it is AI or automation.

But rather whether you have an operation that can be automated.

Before we talk about AI, it is worth asking a few simple questions:

• Do we still clearly understand the End-to-end business processes?
  • Are the automation decisions traceable and auditable?
  • Is the operation stable and scalable?
  • Is there control over data and processes?

AI is not a substitute for operational maturity. Rather, it highlights the shortcomings of the automation ecosystem.
