We held a two-day orientation training in Szeged, during which our new colleagues received a comprehensive overview of Clarity's operations, professional areas, and corporate culture.

During the program, they got to know: 

• our corporate values;

• our professional teams and projects;

• Our organizational structure and operations;

• the career opportunities available at Clarity;

• our evaluation and feedback system.

It is important for us to create a transparent and supportive environment from the very first moment, where everyone knows how they connect to the joint work, where they are headed, and what opportunities they have for development.

In addition to the professional content, shared experiences also played a decisive role. Interactive, and sometimes highly amusing tasks made the two days memorable, and our colleagues from Szeged made the evening special by giving the new team members a taste of the city's atmosphere.
