In the initial phase of the business application of artificial intelligence, we primarily talked about the potential inherent in the technology. Today, however, the most important question is no longer whether we use AI, but how we integrate it into our operations in a conscious, secure, and controlled manner.
At the professional program of Future Brunch, we explored this topic from several perspectives: we discussed conscious decision-making in extreme situations, rapidly deployable process automation, and the control points necessary for the everyday use of AI.

Our guest speaker, Gábor Rakonczay, provided an inspiring perspective on how to make deliberate decisions and maintain control even in extreme environments.
This mindset is also decisive in the world of artificial intelligence. In a rapidly changing technological environment, in addition to recognizing opportunities, organizations also need to be aware of the risks and use AI-based solutions within clear frameworks.
From idea to robot – in just a few weeks
The first professional presentation of the conference was held by Noémi Tihanyi, CMC, Head of Digitalization & RPA at Clarity Consulting, and Balázs Fodor, Business Development Expert at One Solutions.
Through the operation of a specific process robot, they demonstrated how a well-defined business need can go from idea to working automation in as little as a few weeks. The presentation also highlighted that robotic process automation today does not necessarily mean a long and complex implementation: with a properly selected process, it can generate tangible business value within a short period.
AI governance – the next level
In the second professional block, Benjámin Kormos, Head of Data & AI at Clarity Consulting, and Balázs Fodor presented how the everyday corporate use of AI can be made controllable.
Through Clarity's AI framework, they presented control points that help ensure AI solutions are integrated into the organization's operations in a transparent and regulated manner, rather than as isolated experiments. These include:
establishing appropriate security and operational boundaries, i.e., guardrails;
conscious model selection tailored to the specific tasks of individual AI agents;
FinOps-based monitoring of usage and associated costs.
Innovation also requires control
One of the most important takeaways from Future Brunch is that innovation and control are not opposing aspects. AI can only become a reliable long-term business tool if rapid deployment is supported by clear operational frameworks, continuous monitoring, and conscious decisions.
