AI in the Organization – from Research to the AI Adoption Pulse

AI in the Organization – from Research to the AI Adoption Pulse

6 min read

What impact does artificial intelligence have on organizational culture, and how should its corporate implementation be supported? These questions were explored in a joint three-part podcast series by the Coaching Team and Clarity Consulting.

In the discussions, our colleagues, Gyula Csorba and Benjámin Kormos, presented the experiences of our joint research, as well as the AI Adoption Pulse solution built upon them.

Part 1 – How does AI affect organizational culture?

The first episode introduces the background, methodology, and initial findings of the research. During the study, we sought to understand how the practical application of AI influences organizational culture, productivity, and data security.

The goal was not only to assess the use of AI, but also to understand how the technology is integrated into daily work and what changes it triggers within the organization.

Part 2 – AI as a thinking partner

One of the most important takeaways from the second episode is that the success of implementing AI does not rely solely on technology. It is at least as decisive how employees relate to it and how they utilize it in their daily tasks.

Based on the research, Clarity employees view AI not as a source of ready-made answers, but as a thinking partner: they critically evaluate, check, and validate the results it generates.

The survey also helped us better understand who the active users of AI are, and which employees' involvement and support should be built upon during further development. After all, AI adoption is not a one-time project, but an ongoing organizational change.

Part 3 – How was the AI Adoption Pulse born?

In the final episode, we discussed the development of the AI Adoption Pulse. One of the starting points for the joint solution of Clarity and the Coaching Team was the EU AI Act, but it quickly became clear that successful AI adoption is not primarily a technological issue.

The real challenge is how to introduce AI so that it appears in the organization not as a constraint, but as an opportunity. The AI Adoption Pulse offers guidance for this: it helps map the organization's relationship with AI and find its own path forward.

We would like to thank the Coaching Team for the collaboration and the meaningful discussions!
