Process automation and implementation of Electronic Registry System

An authority with national competence developed a process framework (JBPM framework) based on the directives of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to reengineer its organisational procedures. Clarity Consulting gave development and expert support in order to handle integration problems during the implementation of the framework, the automation of the authority’s procedures and the operation of the new system. The implementation of the framework included not only the introduction of the new technology into the existing architecture but also the drafting of the methodological documentation and sample implementations to enable multivendor cooperation at a later stage. The successful implementation of the authority’s procedures in the newly developed framework was preceded by the mapping and reengineering of the existing processes and the necessary modification of the JBPM framework.
