Continuous development, frequent professional trainings, and building a good team spirit are the cornerstones of our work at Clarity. At the end of February, 12 of our lucky junior and senior colleagues attended a 3-day workshop training where they learned the secret of planning and implementing workshops, they have learned about the most important workshop tools, the facilitator role, and the secrets of group dynamics management. As you can see on the pictures taken at the event, the training not only enriched our colleagues with theoretical knowledge, but also tried many tasks in practice.
